Our micro school is dedicated to personalized, hands-on learning that emphasizes self-growth and experiences in education. We create an environment where students actively participate in their development, gaining real-world skills and personal insight beyond traditional classroom boundaries. We believe that children should be encouraged to figure out who they are and how they best learn, before trying to make them fit the common educational mold.
About Us…
As a dedicated mother and educator, I have experienced firsthand the frustrations of conventional education—watching my own children struggle to fit into a rigid system, focused more on test scores than true understanding. Late-night study sessions and exhausted young minds led me to question the efficiency of standard education. I resolved to create a school where each child’s potential is celebrated, learning is meaningful, and excitement for discovery is reignited. At All In Learning Academy, we are committed to restoring a love of learning and empowering every student to achieve more than they thought possible.
All In Learning Academy is founded on the principle that growth is an organic process, rooted in our immediate environment. We view the world around us as the primary classroom, fostering genuine connections and hands-on learning experiences. Our student-centered approach allows learners to guide their own educational journey, providing educators with fresh perspectives each day.

I cannot recommend Ashley enough to anyone who wants their child to not feel like they have to fit in the box public schools put them in. To feel like they are learning at their own pace and to learn things that they otherwise wouldn’t for many years. My daughter loves anything arts and crafts and strives when she feels she is helping a classmate or a friend, and Ashley’s gives her every opportunity to thrive in the environment that she knows will work.

Watching my son grow from a young boy who did not know how to express him emotions, to a confident young man who can self regulate, has been one of the greatest blessings I have witnessed at school. Learning should never be a challenge that emotionally drains children and Ashley has helped bring a learning method to my son and the other students that has them engaged and excited! I cannot say enough about the environment and the love Ashley has for each of the kids!

Sometimes there are just not enough words to say how much a teacher impacts their students. The family dynamic that Ashley brings to her school makes me feel safe, knowing she is giving not just my kids but all of the other students the individual attention and help for any challenges they may face. Although my kids have now moved into their next level of education, we haven’t lost touch and the kids still talk about all their adventures!
